The process is quite simple. If you are a client looking to fill a position, we need a detailed job description and a conversation with the hiring manager to fully understand the position and what type of person will best fill the role.

If you are a candidate, we need to fully understand your background and what you are looking for in a new position. The links below will take you to a questionnaire. Please take 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire. We will then follow up with phone conversations and/or meetings to get to know you. At that point we can accurately represent you in the most discreet manner to one or more companies that make sense for you. The bottom line is simple: the more information you give us, the more value we can add as we present opportunities and advise you on the market. Our fees are paid by the hiring companies and do not affect your compensation in anyway. We do not get paid unless we successfully place you.
